Please note that if you order any additional delivery costs will be added to your order should you place an order from outside the European Union. We will contact you to make you aware of any extra cost before sending out the order to confirm whether or not you are happy to proceed.
We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
All delivery times are estimates only and the dispatching of goods may take longer during busy periods, and due to circumstances beyond our control some deliveries may be delayed.
If items are out of stock, we will notify you and confirm expected delivery timescales. If you need your item quickly, please let us know and we’ll do our very best to try to get it to you on time.

Furniture Delivery Disclaimer
It is important that our customers read our delivery process information and terms below so that you are able to get the most out of our service. The vast majority of our items arrive safely at their desired destination as they are extremely well packed but on the odd occasion that they do not, you must follow this advice in order to be eligible for a free replacement or refund in the event of your item arriving damaged.
• For small/regular sized items our standard courier service will attempt to deliver them twice, and will leave a delivery note to say that they have been, if no one is at home to sign for the delivery or there is no answer. You will be able to contact the courier service directly using the details on the delivery note. If you do not respond to the delivery note within the time it states on the note, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of redelivery. The courier service will often try a neighbour to see if they are able to take your parcel or they may take it to your local Post Office or depot. This information will be included on your delivery note. Out courier does deliver on a Saturday but due to it being a very popular and busy day, there is often limited availability.
• When your item/items arrive, please make sure you check the outside packaging for any dents or damage before signing the proof of delivery note. If the driver is happy for you to do so, open the contents and inspect them to check that they are ok. All packaging must be retained until you are sure you will be keeping the item. If there is any damage to the packaging, you must sign for the item and mark the delivery note with the word ‘DAMAGED’.
